I am a UC Irvine graduate that has worked as an independent IT Solutions provider for the past 10 years.
I have specialized knowledge in helping people with their technological needs in a variety of areas. I'm known for my communicative effectiveness and my technological prowess!
The following is a list of some of the services I can provide:
1) Install new operating systems.
2) Reformat hard drives.
3) Install and configure printers.
4) Configure wireless networks.
5) Scan and remove viruses.
6) Install new hardware, such as hard drives, RAM modules, CD-ROM drives, graphics cards, etc.
7) Extract data from corrupted or problematic hard drives.
8) Set up Microsoft Outlook email profiles.
9) Archive emails from Microsoft Outlook.
10) Configure phones to receive emails.
11) Teaching! I deeply enjoy teaching others the ins-and-outs of Mac OS X, Microsoft Windows, and other applications.

I charge a reasonable rate of $32/hour for house-calls! I also work with local/small businesses. I have references available upon request and I am more than happy to provide my resume!
