Job Description
Responsibilities include:
Manage customer base with revenues greater than $2,500 per month.
Growing the account, researching
Resolving issues related to report transmissions, specimen flow and turnaround time
Accounts receivable, supplies, general information, etc.
Requirements
License/Certification/Education:
Normally B.S. Degree preferred
1-3 years of experience in customer service - preferably in the medical/healthcare industry
Knowledge of medical terminology.
Experience working in a call-center handling a large volume of calls or experience working in a medical field.
