Senior Plumbing Project Manager in Orange County
We are a large, growing Commercial Mechanical Contractor in the Orange County and work on some of the biggest and best projects in CA, and we are currently looking for a Sr Project Manager to add to our team.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with GC's, Sub-contractors and our Foreman, Field Superintendents and Safety Managers to ensure our projects are being completed on-time, under budget and safely.
Travel to multiple project sites, work both in and outside the office, and communicate with our Purchasers to ensure on-time delivery of materials
Meet with Owners, GC's to discuss current and future projects
Requirements:
10
years of experience
Stable work-history
extensive Plumbing and HVAC knowledge
excellent communication skills
Preferred Technical Knowledge:
Bluebeam
MS Project or Primavera
Quickpen
AutoCAD (Redlining abilities)
Navisworks
Preferred Project
Experience:
High-rises
Hospitals (OSHPD)
Schools
Stadiums
