Job Overview:
Benefits Management: The successful candidate will manage all facets of employee benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and employee assistance programs.Regulatory Compliance: They will ensure all benefits practices are in compliance with federal, state, and local laws and will coordinate with the benefit broker to manage these programs effectively.Employee Support: The Benefits Manager will offer exceptional support to employees, assisting with benefits inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
A minimum of five years' experience with ADP Workforce Now and in benefits management.Thorough knowledge of COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, and related regulations.Excellent communication skills and proficiency with HR databases and software.Ability to work independently, manage stress effectively, and adapt to changing deadlines.
Working Conditions:
This is a fast-paced role that may involve occasional travel for quarterly on-site visits and the flexibility to work beyond normal office hours when needed.
