You are able to multi-task when busy as well as direct yourself during slower times.
You are a self-starter, pay attention to detail and have the ability to be flexible and creative.
Color and design sense is a plus.

Requirements:
Excellent memory, organizational skills and attention to detail Self-starter, good at multi-tasking, ability to work with minimal supervision Clear communication Computer literate on both Mac and PC, a plus Internet navigation Photography and Photoshop experience a plus Prior knowledge of art a plus 2 years prior work general experience Job Duties:
Assist owner with organization and client support General office support:
answer telephones, greet clients, file, schedule appointments via electronic calendar, purchase office supplies, utilize internet for research Help manage social media Provide excellent service to clients & artists Maintain customer database & artwork inventory on dedicated software Help format images in Photoshop for gallery website, social media and email newsletter General gallery maintenance:
cleaning and organizing Assist with exhibition preparation and overall presentation of the gallery - you will be on your feet, climbing stairs and moving art (on your knees rolling & unrolling art etc).
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
This is a full-time position, 5 days a week.
Current hours are M-F 10:
00am - 5pm, Saturday 11am-4pm.
Open Sundays during December and very occasional evenings throughout the year.
Pay is based on experience.
