The ideal candidate will possess 10
years of proven packaging and leadership experience in a GMP-FDA-regulated environment, holding strong manufacturing knowledge in the nutraceutical/supplement industry.
Only candidates with finished product packaging will be considered.
The leadership of the packaging staff to maximize the overall production flow to meet and when possible exceed delivery times.
Work closely with the Planning Department as well as Bulk Operations to efficiently staff and run the packaging lines.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Research & Development, and the Sales team to identify areas of opportunity, product design, specifications, and equipment settings.
Responsible for validating packaging specifications during pilot runs and initial product launch.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
Packaging Professional Certification (CPP) is a plus.
