Solution Consultant at Radial in Remote

This position requires a candidate with experience as an enterprise solution architect or sales consultant for technology solutions in the e-commerce fulfillment space. Drawing from their experience creating solutions for clients' e-commerce order fulfillment journeys, this person will lead solution discovery for Radial's clients. Additionally, this person should convey a compelling consumer journey for prospects, assessing their current situation (pains/objectives) and defining a value-based solution approach in applying Radial products and services. Reporting to the Head of the solutions, this person will often collaborate with other solution architects, technology, and implementation teams to resolve some of our clients' most complex e-commerce fulfillment challenges. Responsibilities:
Understand the business value of Radial technology and solutions and convey that value to prospects and customers. Support the pre-sales processes, respond to RFPs / RFIs and collaborate with sales and account management to win new business. Work with Sales to develop and implement strategies to meet overall solution requirements using a combination of Radial's systems and services. Conduct solution discovery. Design the technology solution and integration with client systems using templates and playbooks. Conduct solution demos and technical presentations that provide business value and meet clients' needs. Support proposal reviews and revisions. Educate, problem-solve and offer guidance to the client. Finalize business solution design and proposal for the opportunity. Engage in technology integration scope and solution review sessions with the client. Draft SOW for solution and outline customizations scope. Present SOWs to Clients and support revisions. Conduct solution workshops and integration details with the launch team with relevant handover documents. Provide solutions support through the launch phase. Required Skills and
Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 7
years' experience in enterprise selling, enterprise consulting, and go to market customer-facing experience in a Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Order Management Systems (OMS) environment Ability to understand and articulate the eCommerce lifecycle, especially eCommerce fulfillment. Ideally, have experience and implementing leading WMS/ WES or OMS applications, such as Manhattan, High Jump, Blue Yonder, Honeywell, Softeon, etc. Understanding of SaaS/Cloud-based solutions. Comfortable speaking the language of APIs and other technology integration nuances. Ability to work from a home office
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
SalesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
